Membership Cards and Guest Credits

Membership Cards

New membership cards are issued to all new and current members aged 15 years old and older. Membership cards can be collected at the Front Desk when the pool opens. Cards are grouped by the Primary Contact on your Palisades account. To view the Primary Contact for your account, log in to your Palisades account and the Primary Contact is listed in the Account Summary.

The member collecting the cards must:

  • be on the account but does not have to be the Primary Contact
  • give the Front Desk Attendant the name of the Primary Contact for the account
  • present a photo ID (no exceptions)

 

Important Change In Guest Credit Purchasing

Please be advised that the front desk staff will no longer accept credit card payments for guest credits at the pool.  Guest credits are available for purchase by credit card via https://palisadespool.com.  This site is accessible via your mobile phone or desktop computer.

Upon logging into your account, select the Membership tab and then Payments from a full screen browser, or from a phone, click on the three horizontal bars (upper right) and select Payments.

Via that page, you can add the number of guest credits and proceed to payment.   It’s advised that you do this prior to your visit to the pool to avoid having to use your phone while waiting for entrance into the pool.

As a reminder, 5 guest credits ($5) are needed per guest on weekdays, 10 guest credits ($10) on weekends and holidays. Members must pay the guest fees for all guests aged 1 and over, and must stay with guests the entire time the guests are at the pool. Guest fees are non-refundable, including pool closure due to inclement weather.

Again, the front desk staff will NOT accept payments for guest credits at the pool.
