Summer Junior Tennis Team

Did you know that Palisades has a junior tennis team?  Well, many of you do already know this because your kids have been on the team for years.  But if you have a junior that is interested in competing and has never played in formal matches before, the tennis team is perfect.  It is an entry level league where no ranked players are permitted to play.  So, it’s a great way for your child to begin playing actual matches. The season begins right when the school year ends and goes for the first five weeks of summer. We have matches against other clubs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon and we have practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-4:30.  I will be emailing the team with more details when I have the schedule from the league but if you haven’t played on the team before and wish to do so, please email me at palisadestennis@hotmail.com so I can add you to the list to receive all the information.

Women’s 3.0 Evening League Team – 3.0-3.5 women.  Matches on Thursday evenings at 6:30.  Practices on Sunday morning from 10-12.  Season goes from beginning of May to end of July.  Practice is year-round weather permitting.

Women’s 4.0 Evening League Team – 4.0-4.5 women.  Same times as the 3.0 ladies league

If you are not already on one of these teams and are interested in playing, please email me at palisadestennis@hotmail.com and I will get you added with the relevant captain and we will get you going.
