The Board of Directors is delighted to announce that The Market on the Boulevard will operate The Porpoise Café for the twelfth consecutive year.

The Café will open for the season on Saturday, May 23.

The Café menu features a variety of items – sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, along with a number of additional choices we are certain you will enjoy. All prices include sales tax. Be sure to check out the updated menu on the Palisades website.

Keep in mind that The Market on the Boulevard is available to cater birthday parties and other pool-approved events. You can contact Kelly Lee at themarketontheblvd@gmail.com to discuss.

Cafe Hours

Hours of operation are from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm throughout Memorial Day weekend. While Montgomery County schools are in session, the café will be open Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Once Montgomery County schools are closed for the summer, the Café will be open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm every day.

Opening a Café Account

  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover may be used at any time. Credit Cards will be charged every Monday with charges from the previous week.
  • If you have questions about charges to your account, simply contact Kelly Lee by email at themarketontheblvd@gmail.com; or by phone at 703-975-0219.
  • If you’d rather not have an account for the summer, there is a Daily Tab Account option. Simply present your credit card to a café staff member, and you’re good to go for the day!
