Palisades’ lane/lap swimming program meets in the main pool 3 mornings a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 to 8 a.m., from June 17th. The exact end date will be determined and is based on lifeguard availability but EBS will run at least through August 23rd. Cost is $55 for the entire summer. Lifeguard on duty will sign in participating members. Enjoy lap swimming and morning tranquility with other friendly early birds.
Contact Lee Graeff at email@example.com for more information.

Drop in classes: $20 (for those who want to try it out but don’t want to commit – purchase on the website)
10 class card, good for morning and/or evening classes: $100 (for those who have heavy vacation schedules. Buy new punch cards when you run out)
All Access for the summer: $350 (for those who know that they will attend many of the potential 66 classes offered this season. All-access passes may not be split among participants)
SPECIAL NOTE FOR NEWCOMERS:
When trying out a class, Palisades has aqua belts to borrow for your use in the dive well. Participants also use barbels and aqua gloves. These are not required but useful to have and can be purchased from Amazon, Capitol Sport & Swim in Kensington, or, to benefit the Palisades Porpoises swim team, through this link: https://www.swimoutlet.com/palisadesporpoises (search barbels or gloves).
Remember, morning aerobics classes are open to non-members! For evening classes, non-members must be accompanied by a pool member and pay the usual pool guest admission fee in addition to the class fee.
Are you a parent with young children? We would once again like to offer a baby/toddler group. In the past, a parents’ group has met with their children at the baby pool on Wednesdays. Palisades will provide toys and a snack for the first get together, but we need someone to help organize this group. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if interested.
If there is sufficient interest, a full lifeguard certification program will be offered at Palisades for anyone 15 years of age or older who meets the basic swim test. Cost TBD for the two day program that runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Ten participants are needed to form a class. Contact email@example.com if interested.
